LOCATION: Remote / Full-Time
SALARY: $70,000 to $75,000 base plus potential performance-based bonus . Competitive benefits included.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Independently manage the organization’s email CRM (EveryAction, Action Network, or Engaging Networks).
  • Plan, write, and execute persuasive email campaigns that drive donations, advocacy, and awareness.
  • Develop and implement digital fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals and build donor loyalty.
  • Segment audiences, manage list hygiene, and monitor key performance indicators including open, click-through, and conversion rates.
  • Lead efforts to grow the email list through digital campaigns, petitions, social ads, and partner outreach.
  • Coordinate messaging across email, SMS, web, and social media to ensure consistency and strategic timing.
  • Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action for better engagement and results.
  • Use email analytics and reports to refine targeting and improve future campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital fundraising, email marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Experience with email platforms such as EveryAction, Engaging Networks, or Action Network.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create persuasive, action-oriented content.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing supporter lists, optimizing deliverability, and maintaining compliance.
  • Deep understanding of email performance metrics and deliverability best practices, including authentication and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Working knowledge of HTML or email design is a plus.
  • Experience in animal welfare or advocacy campaigns strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $75,000 with up to $10,000 in performance bonuses based on fundraising and engagement goals.
